The Rehabilitation Loan Branch, Through CDBG Grant Funding, provides zero interest loans to eligivle homeowners for home renovation. Household income may not exceed 80% median income as definded by current published federal income guidelines. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45 am -4:30 pm.
